General Responsibilities:

  • Action and administer customer RMA’s
  • Action and administer vendor RMA’s
  • Data Entry – QUANTUM
  • Customer Quotes
  • No Quotes
  • Vendor Quotes
  • Action and administering customer quality profiles
  • Action and Administer customer and vendor quality control product rejections
  • Action and Administer exchange sales orders
  • Action and Administer COD parts purchasing
  • Action and Administer customer credit terms requests
  • Action and Administer vendor credit terms requests
  • Distribution of various reports associated to sales and customer support

Educational Background/Experience:

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Must be a strong communicator, who is organized and goal oriented
  • Must communicate effectively both written and verbal
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must be assertive and able to effectively converse with clients
  • Must have pleasant and outgoing personality and enjoy working with people of different levels of education and experience
  • Must demonstrate initiative by administering and tracking projects and reporting progress
  • Must work with sense of urgency
  • Must be persistent and thorough
  • Must have good computer skills
